Sandra Oh took the stage at a Stop Asian Hate rally in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Saturday to deliver an impassioned message.

The Grey's Anatomy star spoke out for her group as hate crimes against Asian Americans in the United States continue to rise.

"One thing I know is that many people in our community are afraid, which I understand. And reaching out to our group is one way to overcome our fear,” she said.

She continues, saying: "To everyone present... I'm going to put a question out to everyone here: if you see anything, will you come to my aid? Will you assist us if you see one of our sisters or brothers in need?" Her chants are met with a resounding “Yes!” "from the throng
"As Asian Americans, we must realise that all we have to do is reach out our hand to our sisters and brothers and say, 'Support me, and I'm here.'"

"I am ecstatic to be Asian! She said, "I belong here!"
